About the Role:

KwikMedi is looking for a passionate and driven Growth & Marketing Associate who can take ownership of user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact equity-based role for someone who wants to build a 0- 1 growth engine and play a critical part in scaling a healthtech startup.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta) to drive installs and first orders
• Own and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ROAS
• Drive activation, retention, and repeat orders via push notifications, WhatsApp, and email
• Launch and manage referral programs, first-time user offers, and reactivation campaigns
• Build offline marketing strategies: posters, flyers, pharmacy inserts, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and pharmacy partners on hyperlocal campaigns
• Analyze funnel metrics (acquisition → conversion → retention) and run growth experiments
• Own CRM tools, marketing automation, and campaign performance reporting

Requirements:

• 2–5 Years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing at a consumer tech startup (healthtech, food, or delivery preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and analytics tools (GA, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.)
• Strong execution skills with an experiment-first mindset
• Comfort with marketing tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar
• Bonus: Experience managing offline and hyperlocal campaigns
