Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: KwikMedi Location: Gurgaon – 122018 Working Days: 6 days a week Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Preferred Background: Pharmacist / B2B Sales Job Summary: KwikMedi is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at our Gurgaon office. The primary responsibility is to onboard pharmacy stores onto our platform and support them through the integration process. Ideal candidates will have experience in business development or pharmacy sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach pharmacy stores for onboarding Pitch KwikMedi's value proposition and convert leads into partners Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners Ensure timely and smooth onboarding of pharmacy partners Meet weekly/monthly onboarding targets Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or pharmacy-related roles Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Familiarity with pharmacy store operations is a plus Must be comfortable with fieldwork in the Gurgaon area Target-driven with a go-getter attitude Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary up to ₹30,000/month Performance-based incentives Be part of a fast-growing health-tech startup revolutionizing medicine delivery abhishek.kumar@kwikmedi.com Show more Show less
