Operation Intern

Job Title: Operations Intern Location: Gurugram (On-site) Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of full-time conversion) Stipend: 10,000/- per month Services About KwikMedi: KwikMedi is a fast-growing health-tech startup committed to making healthcare more accessible and efficient. We specialize in doorstep medicine delivery and health checkup services in partnership with leading diagnostic labs. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and contact potential pharmacy partners through outbound calls to generate leads and explain KwikMedi’s value proposition clearly and convincingly. · Schedule meetings for the Business Development (BD) / Field Sales team and follow up with leads to ensure engagement. · Handle inbound calls and inquiries, converting them into onboarding opportunities. · Make structured feedback calls to pharmacies after sales team visits, assess interest, and take ownership of onboarding where applicable. · Manage end-to-end onboarding process – from document collection and verification to successful registration. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner data in CRM tools and Google Sheets. · Coordinate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure smooth communication and partner satisfaction. · Assist in improving operational processes based on partner feedback and on-ground insights. Requirements: · Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. · Confident, persuasive, and target-driven with a proactive attitude. · Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. · Basic understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is a plus. · Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a bonus. · Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
