Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Maintain accurate inventory records for the warehouse. Monitor stock movement, update quantities, and flag discrepancies immediately. Assist with daily/weekly inventory planning and stock audits. Order & Return Management Track order status across platforms and ensure timely processing. Coordinate return cases, verify returned items, and update system records. Escalate abnormal return issues (wrong product received, damage, mismatch). Records & Documentation Maintain clean, organised data sheets and system logs. Keep all operational records updated for audit and reporting. Learning & System Exposure Hands-on learning of UniCommerce dashboard and workflows. Learn ERP modules used for production, dispatch, and inventory tracking. Assist in daily workshop operations: material movement, tagging, quality checks, and dispatch prep.
