Operation Intern

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records for the warehouse.
• Monitor stock movement, update quantities, and flag discrepancies immediately.
• Assist with daily/weekly inventory planning and stock audits.

Order & Return Management

• Track order status across platforms and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate return cases, verify returned items, and update system records.
• Escalate abnormal return issues (wrong product received, damage, mismatch).

Records & Documentation

• Maintain clean, organised data sheets and system logs.
• Keep all operational records updated for audit and reporting.

Learning & System Exposure

• Hands-on learning of UniCommerce dashboard and workflows.
• Learn ERP modules used for production, dispatch, and inventory tracking.
• Assist in daily workshop operations: material movement, tagging, quality checks, and dispatch prep.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• OMS (Order management system): 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
