About the Role

Own day-to-day e-commerce operations on Shopify and deliver a smooth customer experience end-to-end: orders, listings, inventory, shipping, returns/RTO, and support on WhatsApp/email/social.

Responsibilities

• Shopify ops:

  process orders, invoices, labels, COD/prepaid rules; keep collections/PDPs updated.

• Catalog & listings:

  create/maintain titles, bullets, images, size/care; price/offer updates; basic SEO hygiene.

• Inventory control:

  daily stock sync, low-stock alerts, GRN updates; coordinate with warehouse for cycle counts.

• Dispatch & logistics:

  schedule pickups, track shipments, handle NDR (delivery issues), lost/damage claims.

• Returns/RTO:

  manage exchanges/refunds; analyze reasons to reduce RTO and improve prepaid share.

• Customer support:

  respond on WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs; log tickets; close within SLAs.

• Marketplace basics:

  assist Amazon/Flipkart/Ajio catalog and rating/review responses (as needed).

• Reporting & reconciliation:

  daily sales MIS, returns/NDR sheet, courier recon; coordinate with accountant on GST invoices/filings.

• Creator/PR coordination (light):

  ship samples, track deliveries/assets, collect live links.

• Quality gate:

  check prices, coupons, links, and spelling before anything goes live.

Qualifications

• 26+ years in e-commerce operations/support (apparel/lifestyle preferred).
  
• Strong written/spoken English and Tamil; clear phone/WhatsApp etiquette.
  
• Comfortable with process checklists and deadlines.
  

Required Skills

• Shopify, Shiprocket/Delhivery (or equivalent), Amazon/Flipkart seller panels
  
• Excel/Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP, pivots), Gmail/Drive
  
• Basic Canva edits; ticketing (Zoho Desk/HubSpot) is a plus
