When we add credit and engagement into the mix, the challenge becomes even more interesting with underwriting and recommendation algorithms working on large data sets. We have eliminated the current call center, sales agent, and SMS-based processes with a mobile app that puts the customers in complete control. To stay agile, the entire stack is built on the cloud with modern technologies.

This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact our digital footprint, driving substantial traffic to both our website and app. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and technical architecture to ensure maximum visibility across evolving search landscapes, including Google, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Marketing Growth Manager (SEO)

What you will do:

• Strategize and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to maximize organic traffic and conversions for our website and app.
• Drive significant organic user acquisition from both traditional search engines (Google) and emerging Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Oversee the technical SEO health and architecture of our website and mobile application, implementing optimizations for crawlability, indexability, and speed.
• Develop and implement innovative content strategies encompassing creation, curation, optimization, and distribution, leveraging keyword research and market trends.
• Pioneer Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, structuring content for semantic relevance and optimal performance in LLM-based search environments.
• Lead all aspects of off-page SEO, including backlink generation, digital PR, and content amplification to enhance domain authority.

What are we looking for :

Essential Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of progressive experience in Search Engine Optimization, spanning on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving substantial organic traffic growth and improving search rankings.
• Deep understanding of website and mobile application technical architecture and its impact on SEO.
• Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, from keyword research to content creation and distribution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience or a strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how content ranks on LLM platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Experience in the fintech or a fast-paced technology environment.
• Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and their SEO implications.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented culture.
