Marketing Manager SaaS

Location: Kashmere Gate, New Delhi

Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Qualification: B.Tech/Engineering (Computer Science or similar)

Experience: 1-2 Years (preferably B2B SaaS or Tech Startup)

At Eazybe, we’re transforming how businesses communicate on WhatsApp by integrating it seamlessly with CRMs. We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who is data-driven, creative, and technically sound — someone who can take full ownership of growth initiatives across channels.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining marketing strategy with hands-on execution to drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

Webinar & Community Growth: Plan, host, and optimize webinars to attract and engage potential users and partners.

Email & Outreach Campaigns: Build, automate, and optimize email marketing and outreach campaigns to convert and retain leads.

Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with brands, communities, and influencers for co-marketing opportunities.

Content & Product Alignment: Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure marketing materials effectively communicate technical product value.

Performance Marketing Support: Contribute to paid marketing and organic growth experiments, tracking ROI and improving conversion funnels.

Technical Understanding: Work closely with the product and tech teams to understand features, integrations, and use cases for accurate messaging.

Data-Driven Growth: Analyze campaign data, track user acquisition metrics, and optimize based on insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, design, and product teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (technical qualification preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or growth, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech-driven company.

Strong knowledge of email automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.

Experience executing webinars, partnerships, and growth campaigns.

Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Strong work ethics and ownership mindset with attention to detail.
