Marketing Manager SaaS

Location: Kashmere Gate, New Delhi

Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Qualification: B.Tech/Engineering (Computer Science or similar)

Experience: 1-2 Years (preferably B2B SaaS or Tech Startup)

Key Responsibilities

  • Webinar Management:

    Plan, organize, and execute webinars to engage target audiences and generate qualified leads.
  • Outreach & Partnerships:

    Identify, connect, and collaborate with potential partners, communities, and industry influencers to expand reach.
  • Email Marketing:

    Build and manage targeted email campaigns for nurturing leads and driving product adoption.
  • Technical Understanding:

    Work closely with the product and tech teams to deeply understand product features, integrations, and use cases for effective marketing communication.
  • Content Coordination:

    Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure technically accurate and impactful messaging.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Track, measure, and optimize campaigns using analytics tools and CRM data.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    Partner with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Marketing or Business background with technical aptitude may also apply).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and outreach systems.
  • Proven experience in webinars, partnerships, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and work ethics.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and translate them into clear marketing messages.
