Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lead/demand generation and content marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.). Proven ability to design and execute successful demand generation campaigns in a B2B IT context. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for diverse digital channels. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
