We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid campaigns and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns. - Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI & CPL (Cost Per Lead). - Drive lead generation campaigns to meet monthly student acquisition targets. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. - Track, measure, and report performance of paid campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Requirements - Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google & Meta paid campaigns with successful lead generation outcomes. - Strong knowledge of budget management & performance marketing. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM integrations. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly. - Experience in the EdTech sector is a strong plus. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
