We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong background in mobile app marketing to lead and scale our user acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive app installs , user activation , and long-term engagement across multiple paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities: Optimize campaigns to drive cost-efficient installs (CPI) and maximize LTV and ROAS . Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, A/B tests, and video ads tailored to each channel. Partner with product and analytics teams to improve onboarding, retention, and monetization. Conduct cohort analyses and funnel optimization to improve user acquisition performance and retention. Identify and test new growth channels and partnerships for scaling app downloads. Manage budgets, forecast spend, and report performance on key KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, Retention . Work closely with the App Store Optimization (ASO) team to improve visibility and conversion rates in the app stores. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in mobile app user acquisition or growth marketing. Proven track record of managing large-scale app install campaigns with a performance-driven mindset. Deep experience with Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, ASA , and other UA channels. Strong analytical skills; proficient in tools like Excel, Tableau, Looker, or Google Analytics/Firebase . Understanding of mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch). Comfortable with A/B testing , funnel optimization, and creative testing. Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills. Passion for mobile apps, user behavior, and growth experimentation. Nice to Have: Experience with subscription apps or in-app purchase monetization . Familiarity with MMPs , SKAdNetwork , and iOS 14+ privacy changes. Experience in ASO and SEO for mobile apps.
