About the Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our in-house team in Chennai. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms with the goal of generating high-quality leads and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.

Run lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality prospects and improve conversion rates.

Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI.

Work closely with the sales/business team to ensure lead quality and alignment with conversion goals.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.

Additional Bonus Skills:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and blog/content optimization.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Google Search campaigns, keyword bidding, and search intent optimization.

Requirements:

Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools like Google Tag Manager.

Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and sales funnels.

Data-driven mindset with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to take ownership, be proactive, and deliver measurable results.
