Overview:

Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior execution activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, ceiling, and modular installations.
• Ensure that all work is executed in alignment with architectural and interior drawings, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
• Monitor daily progress, maintain site logs, and report regularly to the Head Office.
• Ensure proper material management on-site by tracking stock, usage, and requirements in advance to avoid delays.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Identify site challenges early and provide practical solutions or escalate to senior management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety norms and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site quality checks to ensure work meets design intent and client expectations.
• Participate in site meetings with clients, designers, and vendors, providing updates, discussing site issues, and ensuring alignment.
• Maintain documentation including material records, daily reports, photos, work schedules, and inspection checklists.

Key Requirements:

• 1 - 5 years of experience in interior site supervision is mandatory.

• Strong technical understanding of interior design execution, materials, and site practices.
• Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and site management skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil and basic English is required; knowledge of

  Hindi

  is a bonus.
• Willingness to work full-time from site and handle site responsibilities independently.
