The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site execution, quality control, and timely project completion while coordinating with clients, designers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and workers. Ensure interior works are executed as per design, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team for timely material delivery and installation. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report updates to management. Handle on-site issues and ensure safety and cleanliness. Verify measurements, prepare work reports, and ensure proper documentation. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field. 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision. Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and site coordination. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
