Job Description:

Whitewall Interiors is seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site execution, quality control, and timely project completion while coordinating with clients, designers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and workers.
• Ensure interior works are executed as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team for timely material delivery and installation.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report updates to management.
• Handle on-site issues and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Verify measurements, prepare work reports, and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and site coordination.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
