Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee project sites from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior execution, furniture installation, site measurement, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Lakdi.com’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site interior and furniture installation activities.
• Take accurate site measurements and verify drawings with actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project management teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Handle site-related queries and resolve technical or design-related issues promptly.
• Oversee installation of modular furniture, fixtures, partitions, and finishes.
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors efficiently.
• Maintain daily site reports, material checklists, and progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at the site.
• Conduct final inspection and ensure snag-free project handover.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in site supervision within the interior and furniture industry.
• Strong understanding of furniture fittings, materials, modular installations, and on-site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site documentation tools.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
