Interior Site Supervisor

Supervise end-to-end interior execution at project sites (modular & civil works).
Coordinate with designers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.Daily site monitoring, material usage tracking, and labour management.Maintain site measurement accuracy and verify material requirements.Ensure materials reach site on time; coordinate with purchase & factory.Provide daily progress updates, photos, videos, and reports to the management.Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.Identify site issues early and provide solutions immediately.Check finishing quality—carpentry, painting, polishing, electrical, plumbing.Ensure 95% payment is collected before final finishing works.Manage handover checklist and ensure smooth project completion.📌 Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, and civil interior execution.Ability to read 2D drawings & basic 3D understanding.Strong communication and coordination skills.Problem-solving attitude with on-site decision-making ability.Ability to handle multiple projects and teams.Knowledge of material types, hardware, laminates, and fittings.Basic mobile apps handling (WhatsApp, Excel, Photos, Reports).🎯 Preferred Candidate ProfileDiploma/BE Civil or Interior background preferred.Should have 2–5 years’ experience in interior site supervision.Must be organised, responsible, and capable of handling pressure.Should be comfortable working across Bangalore project sites.
