Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site coordination skills, good material knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site work and monitor progress.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, design, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team.
Manage material delivery, installation, and site requirements.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management.
Check measurements and verify completed work.
Solve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel between project sites if needed.
