Job Purpose To oversee and manage interior site activities, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to approved designs and project plans. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Management Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce allocation. Monitor material delivery, usage, and storage at the site. Ensure proper installation as per drawings and quality standards. 2. Coordination Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution. Communicate daily updates, challenges, and progress reports to the Operational Head. Arrange for required manpower, tools, and materials in advance. 3. Quality & Compliance Verify measurements, levels, and alignments as per drawings. Conduct regular quality checks to avoid defects or rework. Ensure safety standards and site discipline are followed. 4. ClientInteraction Assist in client site visits by explaining ongoing work. Address minor client queries on-site and escalate major issues to the Project Manager. Update the daily status and report to the client group with images. Make sure that company core values of respect each other being maintained at every stage. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance records of workers, and material usage logs. Maintain the milestones in Click-Up CRM Tool. Highlight any deviations or risks to the Project Manager for corrective action. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of interior finishing works (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving ability with attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Qualifications & Experience Diploma / ITI in Civil, Interior, or related field. 1 + years of experience in interior site supervision. Experience in residential/commercial interior projects preferred. Salary: 25000 to 35000 + Fuel allowance Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of site activities as per schedule. Quality of execution and minimal rework. Accuracy of site reports and documentation. Client and project team satisfaction. Submission of Hardware report to procurement team post-handover.
