Job Description

Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a
comprehensive marketing strategy
aligned with business objectives (user acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue growth).
Oversee
branding, positioning, and communication strategy
for AstroSage and AstroSageAI.
Lead
performance marketing
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, ASO, affiliate, influencer marketing).
Drive
customer acquisition campaigns
to increase astrologer and user registrations.
Ensure
creative excellence
in ad campaigns, social media presence, and brand storytelling.
Manage
marketing analytics & ROI tracking
, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership.
Guide and mentor marketing team (creative directors, social media, content, SEO, paid ads, PR).
Collaborate with product and sales teams for seamless campaign execution.
Identify
new growth opportunities
(AI tools, regional campaigns, partnerships, offline marketing, events).
Own the
marketing budget
with cost optimization.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
1015 years of experience in
end-to-end marketing leadership
, ideally in B2C digital platforms or consumer tech.
Proven expertise in
performance marketing, branding, social media, influencer marketing, PR
.
Strong understanding of
data-driven marketing, analytics, and automation tools
.
Experience managing
large teams & agencies
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
