Sales Manager - (Pharma Industry) hyderabad 5 - 10 years INR 0.6 - 1.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Intermediates to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Identify, engage, and manage key domestic and international customers in regulated and semi-regulated markets. Generate new business opportunities by expanding customer base and building strong industry relationships. Coordinate with the R&D and Production teams to align product availability, quality, and timelines with client requirements. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts, finalize orders, and ensure on-time order execution and dispatch. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, quotation, follow-up, and post-sales support. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and brand visibility. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management. Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile Education: Any Graduate, B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Pharmacy) or MBA (Marketing / International Business). Experience: 510 years in API and Intermediates Sales / Business Development with a proven track record. Strong network of clients and distributors in domestic and export markets. Good understanding of product portfolio, technical data, and regulatory documentation (COA, MSDS, DMF, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a small sales team and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Willingness to travel extensively for business meetings and client visits. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling high-value clients independently.
