About Uplers

We’re now looking for a Growth Marketer who can drive candidate acquisition and engagement through strategic performance marketing campaigns — particularly on LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google, and other digital channels. This is not a traditional marketing role — it’s about scaling talent pipelines, building awareness and positioning Uplers as the go-to platform for top professionals.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketer at Uplers, you’ll own end-to-end strategy and execution for talent marketing campaigns. Your goal: attract, engage and convert quality candidates across different skill categories — from software engineers to marketers and build strong candidate pool. You’ll leverage performance channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google, Meta), audience segmentation and creative storytelling to build high-quality candidate funnels that drive sign-ups, applications and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and other performance campaigns aimed at attracting skilled talent to the Uplers platform.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel growth campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube, Email) for candidate acquisition and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Experience, Brand, Product Marketing) to align campaign messaging with hiring goals and candidate personas.
  • Use data-driven experimentation to improve key funnel metrics — CTR, CPC, CVR, CPL, and CAC.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to different talent segments (e.g., developers, designers, marketers).
  • Monitor and report on campaign analytics, identifying optimization opportunities and insights.
  • Manage marketing automation and retargeting flows to re-engage drop-offs or passive candidates.
  • Partner with the Recruitment and Broadcast teams to align campaigns with active hiring needs.
  • Work with the design team to create engaging ad creatives, videos, and social content optimized for LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms, algorithms, and performance marketing trends relevant to talent acquisition.
  • Travelling required: Candidate must be open to travel to our offices Pan India on an ad-hoc basis as and when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Performance or Growth Marketing (experience in Talent Marketing or Employer Branding is a strong plus).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  • Excellent grasp of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROI) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, WebEngage, etc.).
  • Ability to create, test and iterate on ad creatives and messaging.
  • Basic familiarity with content strategy and landing page optimization (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel dashboards.
  • Creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Talent Marketing or Employer Branding campaigns.
  • Experience running campaigns targeting tech professionals (developers, designers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and campaign automation.
  • Exposure to paid social funnels for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Understanding of candidate behavior analytics and engagement tracking.
