Group Strategy Manager
to drive long-term planning, business performance alignment, and high-impact transformation initiatives across multiple business verticals. Core Responsibilities
Vision Setting & Long-Term Planning
- Define long-term goals and strategic priorities across group businesses.
- Partner with business units to align their strategies with the broader organizational vision.
- Strengthen strategic positioning within the corporate and industry ecosystem.
- Track macro-economic and sector trends to evaluate their impact on business decisions.
Business Planning & Execution
- Support preparation of Annual Operating Plans and multi-year planning cycles.
- Ensure alignment of business strategies with group-level objectives.
- Build and manage SOPs and centralized systems for performance tracking.
New Initiatives & Transformation
- Design and lead cross-vertical transformation initiatives and strategic programs.
- Identify and execute high-impact initiatives with business leaders.
- Drive governance frameworks to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
Business Portfolio Management
- Evaluate potential investments, diversification opportunities, and new business ventures.
- Conduct opportunity assessment, risk analysis, and financial evaluations.
- Support creation and scaling of new business lines and entities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent; MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or chief-of-staff functions.
- Exposure to strategy formulation, operations, business planning, and execution.
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
