We're a SaaS-based Sales & talent Intelligence tool, meant for large and mid-market enterprises, with a light version for SMEs. A tool to take care of end-to-end processes in the sales cycle, right from prospecting to outreach and conversion.

Graphic Designer

Design & Creation

• Design eye-catching graphics for digital platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and online advertisements
• Develop print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and other marketing collateral
• Create engaging layouts and graphics for corporate materials, reports, and presentations
• Develop gif animations and motion graphics to enhance digital content

Collaboration & Brand Management

• Partner with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts that align with our brand identity
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Follow proper sign-off processes—proofread and verify content, specifications, and brand guidelines for all assigned projects
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy retrieval and future reference
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative work fresh and relevant
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

• 1.5-2+ years of professional graphic design experience

  in a marketing, agency, B2B SaaS, or branded content environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and a solid understanding of design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Knowledge of digital media specifications and print production requirements

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy and visual consistency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on team input
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a passion for continuous learning
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, innovative environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects)
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience in the B2B SaaS or tech industry
