Customer Relations Specialist

As an Account Executive at Zintlr, you will be a vital part of our team, assisting our clients in maximizing the benefits of our AI-powered People Intelligence platform. Your main focus will be on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers post-purchase to ensure they fully utilize our platform for their sales needs. By providing proactive support, addressing challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction, you will play a key role in turning satisfied customers into long-term partners who continuously benefit from Zintlr's solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the onboarding process for new customers, conducting product training sessions, and fostering strong client relationships. You will be the main point of contact for any post-purchase needs, proactively checking in with clients to understand their requirements and ensuring Zintlr meets their expectations. Additionally, you will drive customer retention, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues promptly. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. While familiarity with SaaS platforms or the HR tech space is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
