Responsibilities: * Manage store operations & inventory control * Supervise stores team & maintain equipment * Oversee material flow & stock levels * Ensure SOP compliance & production planning alignment
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of their needs. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase trust and brand loyalty. 3. Conduct periodic follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collect, analyse, and interpret customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and process improvement. 6. Assist in creating reports, trackers, and documentation related to customer experience and outcomes. 7. Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. 8. Share insights and suggestions with the leadership team to improve processes, products, and services.
Lead QMS implementation and improvement. Set inspection standards and testing protocols. Analyze defects and drive CAPA actions. Lead Lean & Six Sigma initiatives. Train teams on quality best practices. Track yield, TAT, and defect metrics.
Identify & build relationships with Instagram & YouTube influencers daily. Manage product dispatch, track posts, & collect performance data. Plan trend-driven campaigns and content ideas. Proactive, organized, strong communication in Hindi & English.
Create engaging social content, support campaigns, track trends, collaborate on visuals, engage with followers, analyze performance, and implement new social media strategies to grow our brand.
