Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Kochi. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and providing excellent customer support and service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
