At Pooch Pet Resort, we’re building a safe, loving, and engaging daycare & boarding experience for dogs of working professionals. And now, we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable stays for our furry guests.

What You’ll Do:

* Be the go-to person for our pet parents-ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, and care coordination.

* Oversee daily daycare operations with our amazing staff-from check-ins to activity planning.

* Build long-term relationships with clients and their pets, ensuring every dog enjoys their best “vacation” at Pooch.

* Manage schedules, feedback, and service excellence to keep tails (and humans) happy.

* Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and community engagement.

Who You Are:

* An animal lover who genuinely enjoys being around dogs.

* A people person-empathetic, organized, and great at communication.

* Someone with experience in client handling, operations, or hospitality (pet or human!).

* A team player with a growth mindset-ready to grow with us long-term.
