We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the voice of our company to clients, ensuring every interaction builds trust and strengthens relationships.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues

Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customers

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services

Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup industries

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)

Multilingual communication skills
