We are a premium pet boarding and daycare facility dedicated to ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their parents are away. Our services include boarding, daycare, swimming, exercise, socialization, and nutritious meals. Role Overview: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for pet parents and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-desk operations, excellent customer service, and effective coordination between staff and clients. Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome pet parents and dogs with warmth and professionalism. * Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and booking portal related to bookings, queries, and services. * Manage appointment schedules, check-ins, and check-outs of pets. * Maintain client records and update pet details in the system. * Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash/transaction records. * Coordinate with staff for pet pick-up and drop services. * Share updates and photos/videos of pets with their parents as per guidelines. * Address client concerns politely and escalate when required. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. * Assist in administrative tasks related to boarding and daycare operations and submit log sheets Skills & Qualifications- * Previous experience in customer service/receptionist role preferred. * Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). * Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and basic computer operations. * Pet-friendly and compassionate towards animals- Mandatory. * Organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. *Preference if you have own mode of transportation Working Hours * **8:00 AM – 7:00 PM** (Monday – Sunday; weekly off on rotation)
