• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) campaigns aligned to both Solar and Elevator/Escalator/Auto Gate product lines.
• Perform keyword research, competitor & audience analysis specific to solar energy, renewable sector, and vertical transportation.
• Track performance metrics (CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS etc.), prepare periodic reports with data-driven insights, recommend optimizations.
• Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies for both short-term conversion goals and long-term brand building.
• Work closely with the solar product/design/engineering teams to understand product specs, benefits, target segments; similarly with vertical transportation teams to align messaging.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ensure efficient use of ad spend across solar & vertical transportation portfolios.
• Stay updated with Google’s policies, new ad formats, tools; keep an eye on market trends in solar and infrastructure sectors.

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially with at least some exposure to

  solar/renewable energy

  or

  industrial/infra / B2B

  sectors.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data (Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, Tag Manager etc.), interpret performance and drive improvements.
• Deep knowledge of keyword strategy, bid strategies, A/B testing.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical product features into compelling ad messaging.
