Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

● Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and online inquiries.

● Build a pipeline of potential customers in the domestic and industrial markets.

2. Client Engagement:

● Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions.

● Conduct on-site visits for assessments and provide customized product recommendations.

● Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of solar systems and home lifts.

3. Sales Execution:

● Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales effectively.

● Ensure all required documentation, including contracts and payment terms, is completed accurately.

● Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and after-sales service.

4. Market Research:

● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

● Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to the sales manager.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

● Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

6. Reporting:

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
