Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Google Ads & Digital Marketing Expert to plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance-driven ad campaigns, optimizing ROI, and managing end-to-end digital marketing strategies for brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping, etc.) Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance tracking Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid media campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio Develop and execute SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies to drive traffic and conversions Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ROI and CPA targets Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes Support lead generation, remarketing, and audience targeting strategies Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 25 years of proven experience in Google Ads management and Digital Marketing Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools Google Ads & Analytics certification (preferred) Proficiency in tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and SEMrush/Ahrefs Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
