We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in running Google Ads campaigns for IT and software services. The candidate must have previously run ad campaigns specifically for Software Services Sales, Mobile App Development Sales, AI Development Sales, and Data Analytics Sales in Europe and USA.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize 

  Google Ads campaigns

   targeting clients in 

  Europe, USA, and the Middle East

  .
• Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns for 

  software, app development, AI, and data analytics services

  .
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copies and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions).
• Perform A/B testing and continuously improve ad effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 

  3 years of experience

   running 

  Google Ads for IT, Software, AI, or Data Analytics companies

  .
• Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
• Previous Work Examples and Campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and analytics.
• Proficiency in 

  Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio

  .
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Compensation:

• ₹15,000 INR per month

   (Part-Time Role)

• Performance Bonus:

   ₹25,000 INR per qualified 

  sale conversion
