Google Ads Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage

  Google Ads campaigns

  including Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and Shopping Ads.
• Plan, create, and manage

  Meta Ads campaigns

  across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
• Conduct

  keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

  to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and

  perform A/B testing

  to improve CTR, conversion rate, and overall ROI.
• Track

  leads, conversions, and cost-per-lead metrics

  for real estate campaigns.
• Generate

  weekly/monthly performance reports

  using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with the content and creative team to design

  ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

  for campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest

  PPC trends, tools, and platform updates

  .
• Manage

  ad budgets effectively

  to ensure maximum returns.
• Suggest and implement

  optimization strategies

  for underperforming campaigns.

Experience Required:

• Minimum

  13 years

  of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Prior experience working on

  real estate or property-related campaigns

  is highly preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Business, or a related field
