Customer Care Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinate with clients regarding their requirements, feedback, and queries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Assist in business development activities like lead generation, follow-ups, and proposal sharing.
• Maintain proper records of client communication and update reports regularly.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Prior experience in

  customer care /client coordination / BDE

  preferred.
• Confidence in handling phone conversations and client meetings.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (

  preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, or related field

  ).
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Interns currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation are welcome.
