Role Description
Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist
You’ll work closely with leadership to refine value propositions, test acquisition channels, and align our offering with the evolving needs of businesses seeking freelance, contract, and fractional tech talent. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of how to bring innovative technology products to market and generate measurable traction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
go-to-market plans
for LanceQ’s product and service offerings across the US market. - Identify and prioritize high-potential customer segments and industries within the
AI and software services
space. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Design and test scalable growth experiments across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, content, paid campaigns, partnerships, etc.).
- Analyze campaign data, market trends, and user insights to recommend strategic adjustments that improve market resonance.
- Support demand generation efforts by identifying effective outreach strategies and engagement touchpoints.
- Establish and track key performance metrics related to awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Continuously monitor competitor landscape, market feedback, and customer behavior to guide GTM improvements.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in
Go-To-Market strategy, Product Marketing, or Growth roles
within the software/IT industry (US markets)
. - Proven experience driving early traction for new or scaling products.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS dynamics, and talent marketplaces.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of working independently and cross-functionally.
