Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Noida. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing business strategies, coordinating with top developers, investors, and buyers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. The General Manager will also manage the team, develop performance metrics, and strive to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 

    monthly sales targets of ₹15–20 lakh

     through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead a 10-member team across 

    Sales, CRM, and HR departments.

  • Review sales pipelines, approve major deals, and ensure profitability.

  • Oversee operations, budgeting, and compliance with company SOPs.

  • Train, motivate, and guide the team toward performance excellence.

  • Coordinate with central management for reporting and business strategy.

Qualifications:
