About the Role

Vice President – Sales & Operations

The VP will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a dynamic sales and operations team toward consistent success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Lead and mentor the 

  General Manager

   and cross-functional teams (Sales, CRM, HR).
• Oversee daily operations, team performance, and adherence to company SOPs.
• Build partnerships with developers, investors, and channel partners.
• Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and expansion strategies for the Jaipur market.
• Collaborate with central management for reporting, marketing, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of proven experience in 

  real estate sales

  retail

  , or 

  franchise business leadership

• Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and people management skills.
• Expertise in sales planning, revenue forecasting, and market development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, data-driven reporting, and performance analytics.
