Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and coordinating with the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers. The role also involves monitoring market trends, generating sales reports, and supporting senior management in strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of

  client follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.

• Assist the Senior Manager in strategy, performance reviews, and team training.

• Track all sales activities through CRM updates and daily reporting.

• Achieve sub-team sales targets and maintain strong client relations.

Qualifications:
