Achieve sales targets by regularly engaging with HRs, Nodal Officers, and employees in corporate and government offices. Coordinate and conduct NPS helpdesks and awareness sessions to deepen NPS penetration. Guide employees through the end-to-end NPS process, ensuring they opt for Kotak Pension Fund during registration or scheme change. Analyze industry trends and developments; prepare corporate presentations and related materials. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development . Minimum qualification: Graduate ; Master’s degree preferred . Educated in English medium . Academic performance: 60% or above in at least two of the following – Class 10, Class 12, Graduation. Language proficiency: Fluent in English ,Marathi and Hindi. Preference will be given to Marathi speaker. Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and suburbs. Preferred residential location: Western Line or nearby. Skills & Personal Attributes: Strong execution , communication , networking , and client engagement skills. CS Trainee (Long Term Practical Training): The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Companies Act and has completed both the groups of CS Executive. The training will be Long Term Practical Training as per ICSI training guidelines. Training Responsibilities Assisting in timely reporting to Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority and NPS Trust. Assisting in drafting of Resolutions/Minutes/Agenda of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents. Assisting in drafting of Agreements and documents. Assisting in preparation and filing of MCA Documents and forms. Liasoning with regulators, auditors and other stakeholders as required. Assisting in handling all secretarial procedures and Compliance/legal documentations. Requirements Candidates who are willing to join us on immediate basis will be preferred.
