Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve overall performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the business or department.
• Supervise staff, assign responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address client issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to align goals and drive company success.
• Analyze business reports and provide actionable insights to improve productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 to 6 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership role in a hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with business operations, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or business management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
