General Manager-Administration Manufacturing Sector

Role Overview:

Oversee and streamline administrative operations across departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales & Purchase, etc.)
Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sector (labour laws, Corporate Law, Exim Law & Procedure, Legal Compliance, etc.).
Supervise the preparation, MIS reports, statutory filings, and audit compliance of all group entities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies.
Manage export-import operations alongwith compliance with international trade laws.
Oversee all government, legal documentation, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, consultants, and legal advisors.
Manage internal communications to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Supervise day to day sales, dispatch & logistics of company.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in Business Administration, Law, accounts or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
10-15 years of experience in administrative or operations management in a manufacturing industry.
Deep knowledge of Indian and international tax laws, export-import policy, and corporate law.
Extensive knowledge of corporate governance, legal compliance, and administrative systems.
Good problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist senior stakeholders.
Ability to control & lead the team to achieve set goals.
