General Manager Courtside (a hospitality venture under Parallax Luxury Pvt Ltd) is Mumbai’s premier members-only Social Padel Club located in Atria Mall, Worli. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations across padel courts, food & beverage, events, and overall club member experience. Reporting directly to the Founders, the General Manager will play a central role in ensuring that every aspect of Courtside reflects our vision: a seamless blend of sport, dining, and lifestyle. This leadership role requires a seasoned operator who can manage day-to-day activities while strategically building the Courtside brand and community. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, elevating service standards, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests. You'll be responsible for — Club Operations : Oversee daily management of the club including padel courts, F&B outlets, lounge areas, and events to ensure seamless functioning. Member Experience : Maintain the highest standards of service for our exclusive member base, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium positioning. Food & Beverage : Work closely with culinary and service teams to deliver high-quality dining experiences, optimize menus, control costs, and drive profitability. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team across operations, coaching staff to uphold Courtside’s culture of excellence and hospitality. Budget & Finance : Develop, manage, and track club budgets including court rentals, F&B revenue, staffing, and events. Ensure efficiency while maximizing returns. Events & Programming : Collaborate with event partners, coaches, and lifestyle curators to host tournaments, social mixers, and exclusive member gatherings. Facilities Management : Ensure padel courts, dining spaces, and club amenities are maintained to international standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Compliance & Regulations : Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing requirements for sports, hospitality, and staff operations. Brand & Partnerships : Build partnerships with luxury brands, wellness providers, and sponsors that align with Courtside’s ethos. Reporting & Strategy : Provide regular reports and insights to the Founders, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance the club’s growth and reputation. You need — 7+ years of senior operations management experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle venues, or F&B establishments . Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire diverse teams. High emotional intelligence and the ability to engage with an elite clientele. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Hindi/Marathi a plus). A passion for sport, wellness, and lifestyle experiences . Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during club events as required. Bonus points if you have: Experience launching or scaling premium clubs, resorts, or hospitality ventures. A strong personal network in Mumbai’s luxury, sport, and lifestyle ecosystem.
