Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager, based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, and manage organizational resources. The role involves coordinating with various departments, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities also include driving growth, ensuring high-quality standards in projects, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Expertise in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in project management and knowledge of hospital and healthcare operational workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare industry solutions such as modular operation theaters, clean rooms, and Nurse Call Bell Systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing and driving successful large-scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable
