General Manager

About Us:
VR Health Science Pvt. Ltd. is an innovation-led company specializing in dermaceutical and cosmeceutical products. With a strong focus on research, quality, and market excellence, we are looking for an experienced General Manager (GM) with proven expertise in the derma and cosmeceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee and manage all company-owned and 3rd party stocks, maintain records, ensure reporting accuracy, and implement control systems.
• Product Planning & Coordination: Monitor production, filling, and batch schedules; plan product requirements in coordination with production, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Machines & Infrastructure: Supervise maintenance, repair, and upgradation of machines; optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• 3rd Party Coordination: Manage partnerships with 3rd party manufacturers; handle procurement, sales follow-ups, and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Product & Material Follow-Ups: Monitor availability of bulk products, PM & RM, packaging materials, labels, and boxes.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Oversee dispatch operations, coordinate with logistics partners, ensure timely deliveries.
• Strategic & Operational Management: Lead teams, support senior management in strategies, track KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and industry regulations; prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the derma / cosmeceutical / pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, inventory, logistics, and 3rd party manufacturing.
• Experience in handling machines, infrastructure, and compliance in the industry.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
