Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale events, business development, client servicing, and team leadership. Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event management and hospitality operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams for seamless event execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
• Monitor budgets, financial planning, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Negotiate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders for best outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Drive innovation in event concepts, technology, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Events & Hospitality industry (Managerial/Leadership role preferred).
• Strong expertise in event planning, client servicing, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (written and spoken).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
