Role Description

We are seeking a General Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Delhi, India. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and driving organizational growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading day-to-day business operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Developing and executing business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Managing budgets, financial performance, and compliance with regulations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and international brand partners.

Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of proven sales and management experience, along with the maturity, adaptability, and leadership skills to guide teams and deliver results.
