Job Description

A Real Estate Sales General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of real estate sales representatives, driving sales performance by developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales pipeline, coaching agents, building client relationships, and staying updated on market trends to achieve revenue goals within the real estate market; requiring a strong understanding of the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful sales management.  Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership: Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to improve performance.  Set individual and team sales targets and goals.  Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.  Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.  Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.  Create and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.  Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion.  Develop and manage sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers.  Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.  Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.  Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, including property values, regulations, and industry trends.  Conduct regular market research and generate reports to inform sales strategies.  Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.  Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns.  Work with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes.  Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.  Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field  Proven experience in real estate sales management with a successful track record of achieving sales targets  Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide and develop a sales team  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members  In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations  Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
